"Best Manager Ever! Tony Johnson..."
Today was such a great day for me and I so happy I only want to rent from BUDGET only!!!
Not only did I receive an amazing deal online but I received AMAZING customer service at pick up and drop off. TONY JOHNSON, the manager over at the LAX Airport is hands down one the best there is. He's helpful, friendly, understanding and patient. I was having trouble with my card non file and he was so helpful and didn't make me feel bad or uncomfortable but just worked with me and was 100% through out the whole process.

"I recently rented a Budget car booked…"
I recently rented a Budget car booked through Wisecars. Everything went flawlessly except I paid ~ $4 more for the week than the Wisecar quote which didn't bother me because they gave me a free upgrade to a larger class car.

"An excellent experience"
We rent a BMW3 from budget at Geneva.
The agent was very kind, he guided us to check any damage before using the car.
He explained everything with patient and smile.
We bought a full insurance from rentalcars.com, and the agent told us that it is good enough.
There were no surprises and the deal was done as it was describe on the rental contract.
The car was very good and clean to use.
We highly recommend this company.

“It was horrible! First I contacted their chat during regular hours and it said no one was available. Then I finally got through on the phone to have 2 different customer service reps tell me 2 different things. HORRIBLE”
